        排渣滚筒主要承担输送带工作面的残渣收集与定向排出任务，通过滚筒表面特殊结构剥离黏附的煤矸石、矿渣、湿黏物料等杂质，防止碎料堆积导致的皮带跑偏、滚筒打滑或托辊磨损。同时，其内置排渣通道可将废料集中导流至指定收集点，减少现场撒料污染，提升输送系统清洁度与运行稳定性，尤其适用于高湿度、多粉尘或含杂质较多的工况。

At the same time, its built-in slag discharge channel can concentrate and guide waste to designated collection points, reducing on-site scattering pollution, improving the cleanliness and operational stability of the conveying system, especially suitable for high humidity, high dust or high impurity conditions.
